Arizona Property Taxes:  Average is $ 450 to $ 600 per year (+/- )

Homeowners Insurance:   Average $ 250 to $ 500 per year (+/- )

Each property has 50/30 amp electrical hook-ups, sewer connection, water connections, phone line, coaxial cable for phone/TV/high speed internet, buried trash container (except Villas), and security light.

There are three entry/exit gates.  The front gate is the only manned gate.  The other gates are transponder controlled.

There is RV storage for owners only.  Rental for storage is $ 25.00 per month or $270 per year.

There is no WiFi in the resort except at the Library in the Town Center.

All golf carts in the resort must be electric only, no gas.

We have our own full service Post Office.

From November thru April, during the first Friday of each month, we have a Vendors Day at the Town Center.  It is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
